Hot leading man Gerard Butler is letting his locks go grey, showing off a more salt-and-pepper look in Cannes last night.
Perhaps Butler's trying to age himself -- rumor has it that he's up for the lead role in the remake of A Star Is Born, where he'd play an aging singer opposite a young up-and-comer, rumored to be played by Beyonce. Since their age difference is only 12 years, looks like he's going against the grain in Hollywood and actually trying to age himself up!
Either way, he's still a total fox!

Gerry - Please don't do A Star Is Born. Hollywood could not possible be out of fresh ideas. The second remake was awful and there is no need for a remake. Beyonce is not the best choice for the female lead. Stay away from remakes. You are too talented for them.
