Also, pregnancy can trigger other things in the body, some women get gestational diabetes, other post partum depression, etc and others they cope of the stress of being a new mom by eating a bit more. Most women are still working well into their pregnancy, they would probably be too exhausted to fit in kung fu and yoga as well as the finicial aspect of this lifestyle she is promoting. Ugh. What a stupid woman. Most women are very mindful of what they eat during pregnancy, and I and most of my friends didn't gain more than 30 pounds...without doing kung-fu every day. Losing the weight the first time is much easier. I was down to within 5 lbs. of my pre-pregnancy weight in 6 weeks the first time. The second time was a totally different story! Finally back to normal weight 6 months later. Notice I said weight... my shape will never be the same! : ) Also, photoshop. I rest my case.
