Giuliana Rancic and husband Bill arrived at LAX to catch a flight yesterday, and it appears they left infant son Duke at home for their trip. We wonder where they headed!

The E! host looked adorable in rolled up jeans, boots, and a fedora, while her entrepreneur hubby kept it comfy in tan cords and a grey henley.

The Fashion Police correspondent recently caught some criticism for comments she made about putting her marriage before motherhood, but we think she actually has a point!

"We're husband and wife, but we're also best friends, and it's funny because a lot of people, when they have kids, they put the baby first, and the marriage second," she told Us. "That works for some people. For us, I find, we put our marriage first and our child second, because the best thing we can do for him is have a strong marriage," she added.

Little Duke is lucky to have parents that are so in love!

Giuliana and Bill Rancic baptized their son Edward Duke in a touching ceremony on Nov. 4 in Los Angeles, and we couldn't be happier that the E! host and her hubby got their happy ending after years of infertility struggles!

Since welcoming their baby boy in August via gestational surrogate, the couple have been soaking in every moment with their little bundle of joy.

"Seeing Duke's eyes shining up at us in church in his white christening gown was one of the most beautiful experiences in my life. Bill and I made vows on his behalf - our faith is very strong - and Duke was just smiling the whole time. He's such a good baby," the proud mamma revealed to Life & Style.

The news anchor is back to work after a three month maternity leave, but spending every spare moment she can with her little muffin!

E! News host Giuliana Rancic showed off a picture of her adorable newborn son Edward Duke on TODAY show Wednesday, and we can't believe how much the little one looks like daddy Bill Rancic!

"I look at that picture ten times a day and I still coo! He's just adorable. He's so cute!" the new mom gushed.

The tiny tot was born Aug. 29 in Denver via gestational carrier, whose identity was recently revealed on the couple's reality show Giuliana & Bill. The 37-year-old TV personality struggled for years to conceive, so their 1-month-old truly is a miracle.

"We just stare at him all the time. He's got big eyes and he'll just stare at you for ten minutes at a time. It's just unbelievable," she added.

We're so glad the pair got their happy ending! A cute one at that!

The little guy, born via surrogate in Denver on August 29, is featured on the cover of Life & Style.

The former Apprentice winner tells the mag:

"[He's] got Giuliana's dimples!. It's amazing how maternal instincts have taken over, and Giuliana's just supermom."

As for how they chose their son's name, Giuliana adds:

"Edward is Bill's late dad's name and my dad's name. It was a way to honor them. And Duke means leader."

E! News host Giuliana Rancic and her hubby Bill are the proud parents of Edward Duke Rancic, born via surrogate on Wednesday night in Denver, Colorado.

Giuliana, 37, released the following statement:

"Bill and I are blessed beyond words to welcome Edward into our lives. Thank you so much to everyone who supported us along the way. We are so in love with the little guy already!"

The couple went through four years of IVF treatment, and suffered a miscarriage, before deciding on using a surrogate.

In addition to their baby struggles, Giuliana was also diagnosed with breast cancer last summer and underwent a double mastectomy.

Bill, 41, Tweeted, "G and I feel blessed beyond words. We did it!"

Break out the blue!

Giuliana and Bill Rancic hosted a baby shower in LA yesterday afternoon, and revealed they are expecting a son via gestational surrogate. The couple's shower invite read "Blue or pink, what do you think?" and guests were kept guessing until the happy couple revealed the gender of their unborn baby.

It's been a long road to starting a family for the E! News host and her hubby, who struggled for years to conceive before turning to surrogacy. They announced the happy news in April, just months after Giuliana underwent a double mastectomy due to a breast cancer diagnosis.

Giuliana Rancic and her husband Bill Rancic announced on The Today Show this morning that they are expecting their first child this summer via a gestational surrogate.

“We are absolutely ecstatic to be sharing this with everyone who has been following our journey,” Guiliana said to E! Online.

After suffering a miscarriage in 2010 and battling breast cancer last year, the television personality has also been very vocal about her fertility issues as well, and in 2010 she admitted to getting over 60 IVF shots a day to try and conceive.

According to People, the surrogate mother lives out of state and the parents-to-be have been with her at all doctor appointments.

Giuliana Rancic and her husband Bill chatted with The Today Show's Matt Lauer yesterday, and the couple opened up about her struggle with breast cancer and her recent double mastectomy.

"It was definitely hard," Giuliana told Matt. "I knew this was going to be a tough surgery. I in no way want to minimize it. Yes, I'm two and a half weeks out, my gosh. Up until a week and a half ago, it was hell. It was horrible." However, Giuliana has already returned to work at E!, and she hopes that sharing her story will help educate women and raise awareness for the disease.

"She wanted to turn the negative into a positive," Bill explained. "I think the response - the number of people who've said, 'I went and got my first mammogram,' or 'My wife got her first mammogram' [is] worth it. If you can save one life through this process, you're turning this negative into an incredible positive."
