Giuliana And Bill Rancic Welcome Baby Boy

E! News host Giuliana Rancic and her hubby Bill are the proud parents of Edward Duke Rancic, born via surrogate on Wednesday night in Denver, Colorado.
Giuliana, 37, released the following statement:
- "Bill and I are blessed beyond words to welcome Edward into our lives. Thank you so much to everyone who supported us along the way. We are so in love with the little guy already!"
The couple went through four years of IVF treatment, and suffered a miscarriage, before deciding on using a surrogate.
In addition to their baby struggles, Giuliana was also diagnosed with breast cancer last summer and underwent a double mastectomy.
Bill, 41, Tweeted, "G and I feel blessed beyond words. We did it!"
