Giuliana And Bill Share A Few Laughs With Fans At Book Signing

Only two weeks have passed since Giuliana Rancic underwent a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery for breast cancer, and already the E! News host is in great spirits.
The 37-year-old beauty and her hubby Bill Rancic greeted fans at Santa Monica Place to sign copies of their book "I Do, Now What?" ... dishing advice on how to have a happy marriage.
Giuliana is now back at work alongside Ryan Seacrest. Rancic recently told her fans:
- "It feels great to be back at work. I wasn't sure whether I was going to return to E! News this week or after the new year. The last thing I wanted to do was rush my recovery. Thankfully, I've been feeling better every single day since surgery and this weekend my doctors gave me the green light to get back to work."
What a great way to end a very tough year!
