Gossip Girl's Jessica Szohr was spotted shopping at Armani Exchange in NYC yesterday, and while we love her pretty face, this Bob Marley-esque hair looks like it might be hosting more than just that fug flowered headband!

What's with her hair? It always looks stinky - especially when compared with other GG characters. Serena, Little J, esp Blair have to die for hair! But hers? Non-celebrities have better non-dry hair than her! She's a sore thumb amongst the GG ladies. And to think she's dating Ed Westwick, who happens to have healthier hair than hair her. What the hell is happening to the world?!?
