Leighton Meester Finally Gets Dibs On The Better Outfit

Between Serena and Blair, it seems like Leighton Meester's character has been getting the shaft when it comes to wardrobe selections, but yesterday the tables were turned when we snapped the starlet rocking a gorgeous ruffled frock in Paris.
The ladies shot a scene on the famous Avenue Montaigne, and we're not sure what happens in this particular episode, but we're totes Team Waldorf!
Gorgeous! Gotta love the flip flops though!
