Is it just us, or does Taylor Momsen look like she's 15 going on 25?! Granted, the outfit isn't necessarily something Taylor would actually wear, but wow! Looks like little J is really growing up fast, and it also looks like there is even more drama between her and Blair! We can't wait to check out the new episode of Gossip Girl on Monday night - we've been going through withdrawals since last weeks repeat!
