I hope this is just a horrible pic cuz it look like she has gained some weight.
She's on stage, she has to project her voice, and that hat avoids catching a cold , thus ruining her performance! If you stand at the stage door at the end of a performance in the winter, the actors are all bundled up against the cold as they come out! They have to protect their voice as much as a singer has to!
