Gwen Stefani has gotta be the hippest mom on the planet! Who wears a cropped tuxedo blazer, super-cool skinny jeans and stilettos to a kids' beach playdate? Gwen, of course!

The uber-fashionable mom hooked up with some hipster friends at a Santa Monica beach park where their stylishly-dressed kids could hang out and play together. And when it came time to play chase in the sand ... Gwen was down! She threw off her heels and hit the ground running. Yay, mom!

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale took son Kingston for lunch in Koreatown on Sunday for Mother's Day.

Gwen and the kids frequent Little Tokyo for Japanese food and occasionally head to Chinatown for dim sum ... the family enjoys Asian cooking, and who can blame them!

Gavin Rossdale held on tight to his lady's hand and even bought her roses, amid rumors the couple had hit a rough patch in their marriage. The two haven't been together often, as of late, but Gavin has been on the road in support of his new Bush album ... and it ain't over yet! The band will be on the road through the end of the summer, heading to Europe in August.

It's a tough life, but somebody's got a be a rock star!

Despite reports that their marriage is on the rocks, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale looked like the picture of happiness as they escorted their darling sons Kingston, 5, and Zuma, 3, to a fancy birthday party in LA, on Saturday afternoon.

The No Doubt singer looked rock star-chic in an all black ensemble paired with red boots and a tailored jacket she designed herself, while hubby Gavin kept it casual in cargo pants and a tee. Kingston displayed his passion for fashion by wearing a shirt that said "Working Class Hero," paired with camo pants and cowboy boots, while little bro Zuma rocked a Laker's tee, a studded belt and jeans -- they're such a stylish fam!

It's hard to believe Gwen and Gavin have already been married for a decade, and it wasn't until early this year that they've been "fighting nonstop" and have begun marriage counseling to save their union. After it was revealed in 2004 that the Bush singer had fathered a daughter, Daisy, with a former lover, Pearl Lowe, their marriage became strained, according to multiple reports.

The couple has yet to respond to the allegations, but their rep issued a statement calling the breakup “completely untrue,” and that the pair “are not divorcing.”

X17online can report EXCLUSIVELY, that just an hour ago, Gwen Stefani passed out during an outdoor carnival at her son Kingston's school. An ambulance was called and EMT's check out Stefani before advising her to go home and rest, according to a security guard at the event.

Stefani's assistant drove her and the children home just after and it doesn't appear the singer sought any further medical treatment.

UPDATE - MORE sources from the school are now telling us Gwen was NOT treated by the EMT ... the ambulance was called for another guest at the event.

News spread through the carnival that Stefani had collapsed but we've confirmed now that our original source was wrong -- Gwen's just fine! In fact, we spotted her grocery shopping just and hour and a half after the ambulance arrived at the school!

Sources estimate her price tag is “between $5 million and $7 million,” which is definitely a better bargain than Britney Spears, who was reportedly asking for a $15 million paycheck to appear as a judge on the show.

Aside from working on her next children's fashion line for Target, Stefani has been holed up in the recording studio for No Doubt's much-anticipated new album, Tweeting this week: "Singing - send me vibes gx," and, " Still writing!! Wow never ending - love it gx"
