BREAKING NEWS - Gwen Arrives At The Hospital!

X17 has learned that Gwen Stefani has just presented herself at Cedars-Sinai! Our photographers saw Gwen's black Range Rover pull up to the hospital as part of a three-car convoy full of Gwen's family members; the pregnant pop star hopped out and was quickly whisked inside by waiting police officers.
Isn't this exciting? Just think - pretty soon, Sean and Jayden might have another little playmate!

Her water probably broke when she saw Britney "mother-of-the-year" Spears with her little King. Anyway, she had been pregnant for like, 16 months...I'm so excited!
