Gwen Stefani and little Zuma were spotted running errands in Los Angeles yesterday, and the uber fashionable mom and her adorable son did their best to stay cool in the 80-degree weather. Thankfully the temps have dropped from earlier in the week, but Gwen wasn't sweating it -- she even flashed us a sweet smile as she walked back to her car!

Oh look I can smile for the camera but I can't pick up my own kid...thats what the nanny is for. Really Gwen? Her nannies are with her everywhere unless her husband is there. If you want a kid be a fucking mom use a nanny when you go out without the kids...why is it necessary to make the nanny come everywhere if you are there?
