We spotted Gwen and Gavin out with little Kingston Saturday at a restaurant in Hollywood but as they were getting out of the car, another kid popped out!
Will baby make three? ...
No, people -- it was just a friend's baby. But doesn't Gwen look ready for the next one? She's a natural!
