Gwen Stefani, who has created a successful fashion line called Harajuku Lovers, is donating $1 million to Japan.
The platinum blonde rocker has announced she'll be giving the generous donation to Save the Children's Japan Earthquake/Tsunami Children in Emergency Fund.
On No Doubt's website, Stefani wrote:
- “I’ve been inspired by Japan for many years and have a true love, appreciation and respect for the Japanese people and their culture. The disaster in Japan is beyond heartbreaking and I want to do anything I can to help. I would never be able to make a gesture like this without the love and support of all the fans over all these years.â€
Find out how Gwen is using her fashion line to raise even more money ... after the jump.
Gwen is designing a limited edition Harajuku Lovers shirt with 100% proceeds benefitting disaster relief in Japan.
