Gwen Stefani On How She Stays Fit: "Torture Yourself"

The 42-year-old No Doubt singer, channeling her inner Barbie doll for Harper's Bazaar, opened up about maintaining such a fabulous form.
Stefani tells the fashion mag: "There is no secret: You just have to eat healthy, work out, and torture yourself!"
Gwen ruffled outfit by Alexander McQueen is so adorable!
As for her trademark red lips, the mother of two says Gavin loves the look. She adds:
- "I like to make my husband [Gavin Rossdale] like me more, and he likes it when I'm wearing makeup."
The sexy twosome hit the beach in West Palm Beach over the weekend for some PDA in the sand. Gotta love Gwen's red lips ... even on a casual beach day!
