Gwen's Family Celebrates Baby Number Two!

While most of hollywood was attending the MTV Movie Awards in smoky Universal City, Gwen Stefani was in Newport Beach enjoying a baby shower thrown by her family!
Gwen showed off her L.A.M.B. clutch when the group went to dinner at popular SoCal chain restaurant Claim Jumper.
The next day we caught the usually made-up star without her signature red lipstick on - click through to see what she looks like au naturel (more or less)!

I think she looks great! And as for losing the weight post baby, I have twins who r 5 months and it only took me 3 mos to get back to 115 lbs and they are my 5th and 6th babies! She will have no problems!
