Is the Ritchies' famous friend, Gwyneth Paltrow acting as a marriage counselor during the couple's time of crisis or just a shoulder to cry on?
Gwynnie (seen here) showed up at the couple's Manhattan apartment this afternoon at 1:45...
Madonna (wearing those same damn shorts & shoes) left Gwyneth and Guy for the studio a half hour later at 2:15...
Guy left his apartment for the second time (he went out earlier this morning) at 3...
Gwyneth left at 4...
...and Guy returned at 4:05!
So strange! Was she there then to just act as Auntie Gwyneth to the kids, for whom this all could be very distressing? Or was it an intervention gone wrong?

That shows TMZ doesn't know shit. Gwyneth is there to use Madonna's gym and work out with their common trainer Tracy Anderson. Madonna just built a new gym in her apartment & that's why we no longer see pictures of her going to the gym. She also now has a private gym in her London home.
