In her latest GOOP newsletter, our favorite wannabe-Brit Gwyneth Paltrow admits to having a "frenemy." How Mean Girls of you, Gwyn!

Apparently, this person from her past was "hell-bent on taking me down," declares Paltrow. "I was deeply upset, I was angry, I was all of those things you feel when you find out that someone you thought you liked was venomous and dangerous."

So what happened? "One day I heard that something unfortunate and humiliating had happened to this person. And my reaction was deep relief and... happiness."

OMGOOP, Gwyn! Actually, this is kind of hilarious for her to reveal. We've all been there!

But who could she be talking about? I hope not Madonna!



Hmm, Gwyn has sorta kinda dissed Reese before for making silly romantic comedies!

Gwyneth Paltrow is no longer relevant. She is as good as the company she keeps which her best friend is Madonna if that tells you anything. She doesnt even live in the U.S. she lives in England... I hope she stays there. On the otherhand, I love her mother. She is such a great actress.

role and only her..she was his muse at
the time.. The English muse did 3 more
english movies with her!! Winona wasn't
even considered at the time..They broke up their friendship when Matt Damon broke up with her..Get it..

She is not talking about Shakespeare in
Love that role was written for her by
Miramax..

Shakespeare in Love was NOT written for Gwyneth. The script was around for years before she became a star. Julia Roberts was once attached to it. Gwyneth and Winona were BFF until around the time that GP got the role. WR's rep and career took a huge dive when she was caught shoplighting. No doubt that's what GP's talking about.
