Halle Berry grabbed lunch at Chin Chin in West Hollywood yesterday, and the actress wore a blue t-shirt that showed off her rapidly growing baby bump!

The Oscar winner just returned from a Parisian vacation with her French fiance Olivier Martinez, and she might want to get all her traveling out of the way before she gets too far along to fly!

Considering the Monster's Ball star will not be moving overseas anytime soon since her custody agreement with ex Gabriel Aubry prevents it, her unborn son isn't going to have an accent like his daddy!

"My son will be American, but I remain French," the Unfaithful star explained to People recently.

The 46-year-old Oscar winner landed at Los Angeles International Airport on Monday night after spending the last week in Paris with beau Olivier Martinez, and she looked like a million bucks as she hopped into her car. Halle was the guest of honor at the Champs-Elysees Film Festival, and last week Olivier let it slip that the couple are expecting a son!

Wonder if they've got a name picked out yet?

“My son will be an American, but I remain French,” Martinez told People Magazine at the opening night of the Champs-Elysees Film Festival in Paris on Wednesday evening.

Martinez, who is serving as this year’s honorary president, added, “I’m French — it’s less important ... Meaning, I remain a Frenchman in America, but I adapt to American culture. I feel good there — but I’m still a foreigner. My son will be an American."

No word on when the baby is due, but various websites report that Halle is due in the early fall.

On Tuesday Halle Berry picked up her daughter in Los Angeles, and the two shared several laughs as they walked back to their car. Nahla is quite the little ham! Think she's got a career in showbiz? We're not so sure mom would approve, but you never know...

Halle Berry and her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry took turns with parenting duties yesterday. The pregnant actresses dropped off her daughter Nahla at school yesterday morning and Gabriel picked her up in the afternoon.

The usually stylish star dressed down in comfy sweats for the occasion, while her ex donned his typical baseball-cap-aviators-T-shirt-jeans combo. The mother-daughter duo chatted on the way to school as Nahla stopped to smell some flowers. Then later, the five-year-old blew off steam by blowing soap bubbles as she and her dad headed home. Oh, to be a kid again.

Halle and Aubry recently reached an amicable custody agreement in court. They had been embroiled in a high-profile custody battle over Halle's desire to move to France -- her current fiance Olivier Martinez's native country. Halle reportedly pays Gabriel $20,000 monthly in child support.

The two definitely now have a handle on co-parenting.
