First off this is not the 'posh look'. Halle had this cut long before what's her face. I think Halle looks best with this short hair cut ... looks a lot younger too. Her daughter is beautiful.

Yeah, I like the short cute too. You can get away with short cuts if you have a pleasant face. Plus Halle is petite and short hair on smaller women make them appear younger. She looks wonderful for her age I hope when I hit 40 I look this good.
