EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS - Halle Berry Looks Upset After Dropping Out Of Another Project Due To Custody Issues

Despite spending Tuesday in court getting close to hammering out a custody agreement with baby daddy Gabriel Aubry, Halle Berry has had to drop out of yet another project due to their ongoing spat.
Berry had been attached to star opposite Samuel L. Jackson in the Broadway play about Martin Luther King, Jr., The Mountaintop, but yesterday it was announced that she had to drop out due to her custody issues over Nahla.
But just because she can't go to New York, doesn't mean she can't work -- in fact Halle took a break from her boy Olivier Martinez last night to head to Pop Sound studios.
Although Halle may not be working with Samuel L. Jackson this time, the pair have gotten up close and personal with each other on another project. See what it is ... after the jump!

I think she just looks pensive, obviously the judge has not given in so easily. They should sort this custody out, so they both can get on with their lives.

What has beautiful and Kim got to do with a custody issue. Gabriel saw Kim for about 2 dates, this has to do with Gabriel having the right to spend with time with his daughter nothing more nothing less. I don't know either of them but a child needs two parents. And if it comes to that what is Halle doing with sleezebag Olivier Martinez, who hasn't worked since 2007 until this last fillm with Halle.

i agree that cheryl is delusional if she thinks that gabriel is coming on this site to bother posting comments. i also agree with almost everyone else that halle too quickly thought that she was going to simply take her child with no thoughts of the father's desire to be with the child, too. and SHE's the one who publicly came out and accused him of being a dangerous parent; he has never officially said a word about her. I don't care who has more money - he has enough from his modeling days. You don't need to be a millionaire to raise and love a child.
