For once she's actually smiling!
Halle Berry stepped out this morning with her adorable daughter Nahla, and the Oscar winner is clearly in better spirits than she has been the last week! Reaching a custody settlement with Gabriel Aubry has really put a grin back on Halle's face!
Now that the Dark Tide actress and her beau Olivier Martinez and on better terms with Nahla's father, perhaps the three can happily co-parent the preschooler?
She may not be moving to France like she wanted to, but now that the brunette beauty doesn't have to rush to court for emergency hearings all the time, maybe she can focus on finding a new love nest for her family! The couple have placed their West Hollywood estate on the market for a whopping $15 million and are currently on the hunt for a new posh pad.
She's smart to be leaving all the bad memories of that horrible Thanksgiving fight at her old address! Nothing like starting fresh!
