This woman is a tool. She set out to get this man so that she could have a baby. What she wanted was to have the child, ditch him at some point and have the child to herself. It's ironic that he left HER. Maybe that's just par for the course, all the other men left her too.. She has spoken for years about wanting a baby, not a marriage, not even a serious relationship, but a baby. She's been abused by a number of men and was described by one as being especially needed. Gabriel is a guy who wants a relationship with his child, but not with Halle. She wants to be able to pick up and go all over the world without having to get permission from him. That's what this is all about. She doesn't want him to have any say so in anything about this child. She was pissed because she had to pay him to go overseas where she was filming. She wanted him to miss out on work and go at his own expense to be with his daughter. He shouldn't have to trot around the world with her in order to see his daughter. Nahla could have stayed with him, but Halle didn't want that, so it's right that she should have paid for him to go overseas. She is a bitter witch. All those beatings she got from other men have addled her brain. What happened to the GREAT father she said he was. She is doing this for herself, not her daughter.

she did many interviews discussing her desire to become a mom. thiis was a genetic specimen of a guy who came along at just the last minute. her dream came true. once she had the kid , she had no more use for him. her jekyll&hyde personality kicked back in and he coild not take it anymore. he dumped her figuring his daughter would be better served getting the best of him as a single father than the worst of him inthat relationship. halle is a desperate scorned woman who wants her kid and wants him to just go away! it's sad and pathetic,

It's not all about favoring the mother. She can just simply state in the visitation/custody agreement that none of his GF's should be present while the little girl is in his custody.
