Halle Berry, Gabriel Aubry, Olivier Martinez Reach An Agreement

Halle Berry, Gabriel Aubry, and Olivier Martinez have finally reached a settlement over the Thanksgiving Day fist fight that left both men injured and prompted an emergency restraining order barring Aubry from having contact with his daughter Nahla and the couple.
Lawyers for the involved parties finished hashing out undisclosed details in court before Berry's attorney, Blair Berk, announced that peace has finally been achieved in a simple statement.
Berk held up a handwritten joint statement with Aubry's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley on a piece of paper that read:
- "The parties have reached an amicable agreement. There will be no further statements regarding this matter."
No further details are released at this time.
