Halle Berry And Olivier Martinez Set To Seek Extension Of Restraining Order Against Gabriel Aubry

Halle Berry and fiance Olivier Martinez looked somber this morning, arriving home from a weekend in Malibu.
Following the Thanksgiving Day fight that left Halle's ex with a black eye at the hands of her fiance, Martinez, the couple is reportedly seeking an extension of the emergency restraining order issued by a judge over the weekend.
Nahla's dad was charged with battery and taken into custody, then slapped with a restraining order which requires him to stay at least 100 yards away from Halle, Nahla, and Martinez until December 3. Aubry's due back in court on battery charges Thursday, Dec 13.
The couple avoided questions about the situation today when we caught up with them ...
The Oscar-winning actress has been extremely cautious since the incident. Over the weekend, she took Nahla to see Yo Gabba Gabba! Live! show ... and had armed guards escorting them.
Gabriel Aubry has yet to issue a statement.
