Halle Berry Shops With Olivier Martinez After Canceling Oscar Appearance

Still suffering from a foot injury and sporting her clunky brace, Halle Berry was forced to decline her invite to the Oscars this year, where she was expected to take the stage as one of the night's presenters.
The Oscar winner, who won Best Actress in 2001 for her work in Monsters Ball, didn't seem bothered that she missed the event as she spent a low-key Monday afternoon grocery shopping with rumored fiancé, Olivier Martinez, in Beverly Hills.
Berry broke her foot last September in Spain while filming the upcoming thriller, Cloud Atlas, and unfortunately she's still required to wear the brace which is extremely hard to maneuver at red carpet events!
Let's hope Berry's foot heals in time for her rumored 2012 nuptials!
Olivier and Berry may be spending more time in Miami in the very near future! The Unfaithful star is gearing up to open a French and Italian eatery in South Beach, Miami, within the next month.
