Halle Berry And Olivier Martinez Hold Hands In The Big Apple

Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez may not be the most interesting couple in Hollywood, but they're definitely one of the happiest!
Halle and her beau went to see a theater production at the Pershing Square Signature Center in NYC over the weekend, and while she looks nice and relaxed in these pics, it seems like things could get very stressful when she returns home to Los Angeles.
Halle and ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry's battle over daughter Nahla is coming to a close, and the judge in charge of their case will make a decision regarding a custody arrangement later this month. Normally this wouldn't be such a big deal, but given the fact that Halle is trying to move to Paris with Nahla, it could get ugly.
According to TMZ, Halle's coming out on top thanks to a written custody evaluation that seemingly proves she's the better parent, so we're curious to see how Gabriel will fight to keep Nahla in the states.
