nobody says she's better than other people, but if i person is beautiful well then there's nothing wrong saying it. but i think it's when the question is asked if she's losing her look, and she's not. it's just nice to see celebs in normal everyday clothes.
i think what people are saying is that it's nice to know that a person doesn't need make up or always be dressed up to be beautiful. casual is cool and relaxed, and it just relates to ordinary people and says we dress like this everyday and doesn't mean that we're ugly or something. btw she's hot..;-)

i don't see anything wrong with make up and dressing up if it's done right. and it's not the make up that makes a person, if you're beautiful the make up will only show it more. and she looks amazing made up, which only says she's beautiful to start off, love her.
there're many women who are beautiful and true she's not the most beautiful. but she's is one of them and there's nothing wrong in saying that and i say it about other people who are beautiful.
people just take it the wrong way, thinking that it's a either a race thing or by saying she's beautiful then it means other people are not beautiful. relax, there're many beautiful people out there and if they're put here, we'll say it! happy easter!
