The busiest season of modeling is 2 months of fashion shows fo Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer in a year. That's when all the designers debute new clothes on runway for buyers. Besides those 2 months, zoolander will have a lot of free time and only work part time.

If Halle is smart she would move to New York. Yes, in the city you don't have backyards (besides in todays society not many kids go out side because they are glued to a tv or computer) but instead of a yard you have Central Park with a great amusement play area, you have culture, musuems, theater, etc., and some of the best private/universities/arts & theater schools in the country. I would rather raise my child in New York than in selfish/all about me Hollywood/L.A. where her child will be influenced to think they are entitled to everything their parents worked for and don't have to work for anything in their lives. Not that this don't happen in New York but you don't hear about it as much as you do L.A. Halle's agent can contact her there and she can fly into L.A. when needed. She has a man that is wanting to keep his identity not adopt hers, she better get a clue.

Also, Halle would have a better chance in New York to have a normal life. New Yorkers don't usually bother celebs too much because they are going on about their lives and not so impressed when they see a celeb on the streets. Look at Kelly Ripa & Sarah Jessica Parker they can actually walk their children to the park and yeah a few people may say something to them but for the most part they lead a semi normal life.

I want to see Halle happy and getting all that she desires in life! Of course I've never met her in person, but I care about her. We're a lot alike and have had similar experiences. I'm black, we're around the same age, we both modeled, we've both been married and divorced twice, and all kinds of other things. We even had foot injuries within the same week! Weird! I too had a very hot, white, and young French-speaking boyfriend and we now live apart because he had to finish pursuing his degree. Just as Gabriel is pursuing his career.

You swore off marriage ever again. It should come as no surprise that your man may want to married the mother of his child and marry before abandoning his life and moving to Calif. It's not just about your feelings and insecurities anymore. What about his needs and the needs of your unborn child? Furthermore, I don't know of any woman who abandoned their career and moved across country with a man without at least having marriage plans in place. In fact the friends with the most successful unions were those who married before moving rather than risking any marriage plans falling apart due to the stress of the move, isolation from old friends, lack of commitment, etc.

You might also get some counseling to get over any issues you may have with marrying someone white. I’m just guessing that you have some given your dating/marriage history that we’ve all unfortunately been privy to witnessing. The sometimes ignorant black community will support you because they know you’ve tried a “black” or “mixed” man first. Gabriel has been in N.Y modelling for 10+ years ... he has a very successful career & booked loads of million dollar contracts ... he travels constantly with work & obviously the fashion industry in centered in London, N.Y, Paris & Milan ... by living in L.A it's that much further for him to travel - I don't blame him at all, it owuld be easier for her to live in N.Y - who the fuck would want to raise a kid in cultureless los angeles? & for those that say he's after her money - No Way!
