They're on a boat!

Rachel Bilson and Hayden Christensen attended a launch party at Harle Yacht in Cannes for Hayden's new production company Glacier Films. The usually camera-shy couple has been dating on and off since 2007.

The Hart of Dixie star stepped out in style to support her beau, who announced the new production company's 11-picture slate scheduled to shoot over the next three years. Production will begin with American Heist, which Hayden will star in.

Rachel, who donned an adorable Dolce & Gabbana dress with black stockings, will star in the comedy The To Do List with Aubrey Plaza, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Alia Shawkat, and Andy Samberg. The film hits theaters on August 16.

Despite her busy work schedule, the actress told Cosmopolitan that she's anxious to start a family.

"I definitely have family on the brain," she said. "Having kids is something I want to see in my future -- I hope."

She also said she strives to be the best girlfriend possible.

"I'm a really good girlfriend -- I always put all that first in my life," she told the mag. "I'm definitely the person who would make him his favorite dinner to come home to. ... I love to cook, so we make dinner at home a lot and watch movies."

That explains why we rarely see them out and about.

The two started dating in 2007, and after getting engaged in 2008, they called things off in early 2010, only to get back together later that year, but it seems like they've had at least one more breakup in there over the last two years, right?

Bilson recently told USA Today of their relationship, "It's not a secret. I just don't talk about it." I mean, it's not really any of our business, but at this point you have wonder if they'll EVER get married!

Rachel Bilson was snapped shopping in Beverly Hills yesterday, and later the 30-year-old actress returned to her Los Feliz home, with beau Hayden Christensen arriving shortly after she walked in the door.

The couple have been together since meeting on the set of Jumper in 2007, and though they got engaged in 2008, they split in 2010, only to get back together a few months later. Think these two will get engaged again? Or are they happy with the whole boyfriend/girlfriend thing?

Rachel's CW show, Hart of Dixie was renewed for a second season, and Hayden is set to begin production on Battlecreek and The Diplomat very soon, so hopefully their busy schedules (and long distance) won't rip them apart again!
