Hayden Panettiere's Father Arrested on Suspicion of Spousal Assault
Last night, Heroes hottie Hayden Panettiere attended a Save the Whales benefit (a subject which Hayden is passionate about) at Beso last night along with her parents, Alan and Lesley Panettiere, just hours before her father was arrested under suspicion of spousal abuse for allegedly hitting her mother.
The West Hollywood Sheriff's department confirmed to X17online that they responded to a call just before 3 am this morning, when they took Alan, 49, into custody on the felony charge.
Although Hayden arrived with her parents, she left with co-star boyfriend Milo and it's unclear if she was with her parents at the time of the alleged altercation.
We hope Lesley isn't seriously injured and that her parents can resolve their issues quickly!
