We already knew the actress will bare her behind in the upcoming flick I Love You, Beth Cooper, and now it looks like the actress is taking this naked thing to a whole new level. Not only do we love the glasses but we love it when starlets don't pile on a ton of makeup...Hayden sure doesn't need it!

Last night Hayden Panettiere celebrated her father's birthday at Giorgio Baldi, and afterwards we caught up with the actress as she waited for her car. Hayden wasn't feeling super chatty, but she did tell us a little bit about her nude scene in the upcoming flick I Love You, Beth Cooper!

Hayden Panettiere hit the Roosevelt after the MTV Movie Awards last night, and it looks like the Heroes honey was pleased with her presentation. Hey, nothing's more fun than dropping F-bombs in front of millions of viewers, right?

Aww, even though she was supposedly a huge witch to some reporter a few months ago, we still love us some Hayden Panettiere!

The Heroes starlet went jetskiing off Cap d'Antibes yesterday, and later she was snapped prancing around on her yacht in a sexy white bikini. When you're dating a hunky 32-year-old and you look like this, life is pretty much perfect right?

First of all, what is it with everyone not wearing their shoes? And by everyone, I mean Rachel Bilson and Hayden Panettiere. I'll let is slide for Rach cuz I adore her, but not Hayden! You're at an event at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival - c'mon, now!

Second of all, Hayden deserves to be at Cannes about as much as Tara Reid. Okay, maybe a little more than Tara, but not much! Shouldn't she be off shooting Lost 2.0 (aka Heroes) somewhere? Or hanging out with Milo 2.0?

We're not sure why Hayden Panettiere is in Cannes, but as long as she's prancing around on a private yacht in a bikini, there's no complaints here! The Heroes starlet was snapped sunning (and sunscreening) herself earlier today, and we have to admit, she's looking smokin' hot! And is it just us, or has she slimmed down a bit too?

Think Milo is kicking himself after looking at these shots? Actually, Hayden probably doesn't care what he thinks, because she's found a new man! The 19-year-old actress was spotted hanging out with sexy Welsh TV host/model Steve Jones, and the two looked very comfortable together. Hey, nothing says "I'm over you" like rebounding with another hunky 30-something man!

Of course, you'll have to wait just a little bit longer to see who made the cut for the final 20 (though we're pretty sure that Megan Fox, Jessica Alba, Bar Refaeli et al will pop up), but here's some of the sexy babes who landed in the top 100-21 of Maxim's 2009 Hot 100 list.

Heidi Montag and her fun bags hold the number 81 spot, Amanda Bynes and Ashley Tisdale took the number 74 and 73 spots, while Heidi Klum (62), Audrina Patrdige (57), Kim Kardashian (53), Fergie (45), Charlize Theron (38) and Vanessa Hudgens (27) all made appearances as well. Of course, we're kinda wondering how Lily Allen snagged the number 40 spot over a true beauty like Taylor Swift (number 50), but whatevs!

Heroes honey Hayden Panettiere may not party quite as hard as Lindsay Lohan, but she's definitely a big fan of the Hollywood nightlife scene! We snapped the blonde actress out and about the other night, and we're loving this look, but we want to know when she's going to add a new piece of man candy to her arm!

Well, I can't say I could actually see Hayden as Ariel, the wild-child daughter of a conservative bible-thumping father, but it looks like she's won the chance to audition to be the lead opposite Chace Crawford in the movie version of the Broadway version of the original movie Footloose.

E says that the Hero recently auditioned for the film's producers and, "They were really impressed." Despite having released several singles, "No one realized what a good singer she is."
