Hayden, wearing a floor length dress, in full hair and makeup, may be a tad overdressed to walk her dogs. But now that she's a full blown diva star, I guess she's always gotta be ready for her closeup!
She's actually lookin' pretty cute here - but I hope that hemline didn't get too close to her dogs' business!

If I had her money, I'd dress up all the time. She looks fab. But seriously, she was probably going out after she walked the dogs. She's usually quite casual when she's not on offical engagements.

First of all, that isn't a LONG DRESS...guess people are blind? That's a gauze material pantsuit...something that is not form fitting and hot! There is nothing wrong with walking dogs in that type of thing - PERIOD! Second, she has learned that the photogs are out there all the time...what should she go out in? So they can get a bad picture to make fun of her? And one more thing...like someone else said...how do we know she isn't on her way somewhere and just taking the dogs out for a last pee before leaving? Just like I just did! People really need to stop all of this negativity...it's so ugly! There was a time in the not too distant past that women didn't leave the house without white gloves on...wearing some of the clothes seen these days are what shouldn't be right!
