Hilary Duff's sister Haylie - you know, the not-famous one! - was spotted out shopping with a gal pal the other day and, er, something looks different. But I can't seem to put my finger on it!
Ah, she must've gotten highlights! That's it. Definitely nothing new going on in the chest area.
Or is this just a case of objects appearing larger than they actually are?
