Heidi Klum Hits New York WITHOUT Her Sexy Bodyguard
Posted on Tue Sep 4, 2012 07:00 AM PDT

Heidi Klum left LA for New York, on Sunday -- and she was WITHOUT her bodyguard boyfriend, Martin Kirsten.
Just three days after her soon-to-be ex-husband Seal spoke with photographers at LAX after Heidi's alleged romance with "the help," Klum has now spoken out about her ex speaking out:
- "I cherish all of the great memories Seal and I created together over the years. Our separation was based on issues between the two of us. Seal has moved on and so have I. My priority has and continues to be protecting and providing for our children."
So here's the timeline leading up to this recent statement by Klum. First, Seal told the paparazzi:
- "Whilst I didn't expect anything better from him, I would of thought that Heidi would have shown a little more class and at least waited until we separated first before deciding to fornicate with the help."
Then he "clarified," through his rep:
- "Seal would like to clarify that he was not implying his wife was cheating while they were together, but he was merely pointing out that their separation and divorce were not final and they are still legally married."
And then Heidi's rep fought back, saying:
- "It is sad that Seal has to resort to this kind of behavior and spread these untruths about the mother of his children."
Which brings us back to Heidi's own statement above. Whew! Okay ... ball's in your court, Seal. What are you gonna say next???
