Report: Heidi Klum Has Prenup To Protect $70 Million Fortune

Heidi Klum's split from Seal after close to seven years together wasn't a last minute decision, and the supermodel has a prenup to prove it, according to Life & Style.
A source tells the site:
- "In 2005, when they got married, the career situation was a bit different. Heidi has really had way more success than Seal since then."
As for legal representation, the source adds:
- "She was the one to hire the attorney. She wanted to be in charge and make sure that he knew that she was leaving him."
The former Victoria's Secret model is worth an estimated $70 million. Seal is worth an estimated $15 million.
Seal and Heidi have four children ... Leni, 7, Henry, 6, Johan, 5, and Lou, 2.
