Our photog on the scene of a photo shoot at the Beverly Hills Hotel today, swears to us that Heidi Klum getting bumped into the hotel pool was definitely an accident, but I'm not so sure. That said, she did look a little surprised and somewhat concerned about her mascara, so maybe it's true.
