Seal Files Papers Of His Own In Heidi Klum Divorce

Heidi Klum only filed divorce papers mere days ago, but Seal is already fighting back by filing papers of his own seeking joint physical custody of their four children. Sounds like this split is getting nasty!
The Victoria's Secret supermodel had requested joint legal custody but primary physical custody of their children, so it appears the "Kiss From A Rose" singer is prepared to fight for his parental rights.
Both parties cited "irreconcilable differences" as cause for their split, and neither is expected to request spousal support.
The couple married in Mexico in 2005 and announced their separation this January.
So sad! We thought their fairy tale romance would withstand the test of time!
