Shoe To Thrill?

At first glance, Heidi Klum's Alexander McQueen shoes seemed like just another pair of nude pumps, but upon closer inspection we noticed something very strange - they appear to be molded after someone's toes!
Is this the new trend in footwear? Is it comfy? We're kinda fascinated with these...but we're not sure if we like them or not!
Is this something you'd wear?

The shoes only look good if the woman has feet with the toes all in a nice line from big toe to pinky toe. Paris Hilton feet with long man toes and the second toe sticking out beyond the big toe will look gross. Lets face it, only about 25% of women have nice feet. The rest just think they do.

IF that really where her toes...wouldnt the shoes be too small? Are our toes suppose to hang over the edge like all the celebs wear them? Ive noticed there toes always hang off the end of the shoe a little bit. Really, is this the way they ar suppose to fit?
