Bigger Breasts For Heidi Would Be Illegal

It's not just that bigger boobs for the already DDD reality star would be a crime against nature, but Heidi says they'd be against the law!
Last night on Jay Leno, Heidi said, "I legally can't right now. The limit is 800cc and I have 700cc."
Thank goodness for that!
She also went on to deny that she was "addicted" even though the 23-year-old has been open about wanting more procedures after getting 10 in one day.
"I don't think I am addicted," she said. "When you're addicted, you have to do it every day, and thank God I don't do it everyday ... I like to do it all in one day ... knock it out."
Just because you "knock out" a ton of surgeries in one day, that does not make you a knock out.
She also talked about her decision to fire both husband Spencer and her psychic as her manager! "It just wasn’t feeling right," she told Jay. "I just wanted to be in charge as a woman in my own business. I don’t really want men telling me what to do and where to go so I said, 'You know what? As a woman I’m going to take control of my career.' "
Is the world ready for an in-control Heidi?

I doubt Spencer can handle AA boobs let alone DDD tits.
She looks waaay older than 23 now and MANISH in the face.
I watched this whole thing and you know what...she really is not as bad as everyone is making her out to be. She is a much better speaker that Audrina, she looks fine now that her surgeries have heeled, and she is charming. People should really just leave her alone. If she wants to spend her money on surgery she can, afterall...she earned it.
