X17 XCLUSIVE - Heidi Montag Plans To Add Shannon Twins To New Reality Show

Heidi Montag has finally left the Malibu beach house where she had been hiding over the Memorial Day weekend ... and she's hanging with Hugh Hefner's twin ex-girlfriends. X17online has learned exclusively that Spencer's estranged wife wants the Shannon girls to join The Heidi Show!
A source close to Heidi tells X17online exclusively that Heidi spent Tuesday afternoon with 20-year-old twins Kristina and Karissa Shannon, adding:
- "Heidi knows that if she's going to be doing a show about her wild and crazy summer life, she has to get moving on it. Now that the twins are single, Heidi wants them to be a part of her show."
As for Spencer, "He's totally pissed that Heidi spent time with the Shannon twins. They are the last people that Spencer wants having an influence on her," says our source. It was a couple months ago when Hugh Hefner kicked the twins out of the Playboy Mansion.
Just last Friday, Heidi and Spencer announced that they were separating. According to our source,
- "It's a severe break. I honestly don't think that their relationship is going to survive this split. This is the longest they've gone without speaking to each other. There's a lot of bitterness between the two. If they don't resolve this, Pratt Productions may not be producing the The Heidi Show. I have a feeling Heidi may be shopping around for a new production company to make the show happen."
Heidi has been spending time with her friend Jennifer Bunney, even tweeting about their daily activities. However our source tells X17online, "Jen obviously wants to be famous. She has gone out of her way to let everyone know that she is going to be part of Heidi's show. Seems a bit desperate, don't you think? With the Shannon twins there, no one is going to care about Jen."
As for Bunney's possible role, we're told she'd be part of the show, but "just as one of the girls hanging with Heidi," adds our source.
Heidi's rep has "no comment."
