Heidi Montag Takes A Quick Break From Filming New Reality Show

Reality star Heidi Montag is back to doing what she does best ... reality TV! The surgically-enhanced blonde starlet filmed her latest reality show at Ketchup in Beverly Hills ... but ended up ordering food from Pink Dot.
There was certainly not a shortage of photographers outside the eatery ... and where there are cameras, there's Heidi.
Earlier this week, we caught Ms. Montag grabbing lunch and filming with The Bachelor's Jake Pavelka and Real Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Staub. This sounds like it's going to be one heck of a show!

Spencer Pratt appeared on KIIS-FM yesterday and told Ryan Seacrest he wanted to be his intern. Pratt said, "I'm trying to change my image and make myself more likable." Good luck with that!
