Reality TV stars Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag were spotted suntanning in Malibu earlier this afternoon - Heidi even smiled and waved at the paps! Gotta show off all those plastic surgeries, right?
But she's not the one in the news today... hubby Spencer Pratt is either temporarily leaving The Hills because he's going to fight cyber crime (yeah!) OR because he "flipped out" on one of the show's producers and now must attend anger management training. You decide the truth!
