Heidi Montag's Face Has A Meltdown On Valentine's Day

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt aren't quite the couple they used to be!
The Hills star stepped out with a bloated, puffy face -- did she get more plastic surgery as a V-Day gift? While her overweight hubby was sporting a very un-sexy pot belly in Malibu, on Tuesday afternoon.
Looks like those Vegas pool party days are over!
It's been reported that Heidi and Spencer went bankrupt after her 39 plastic surgery procedures and the couple's lavish spending, but one thing's for sure -- they're still very much together!
Montag Tweeted on Tuesday, "Getting ready for Valentines day! This will be my fifth one with the love of my life, my hubby, @spencerpratt!"
After five years as "Speidi," they're still going strong!
