Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt (aka the couple formerly known as "Speidi") are getting back into the spotlight, emerging last night for dinner at Don Antonio's in West Los Angeles.
After a brief hiatus, Heidi is finally returning to her reality TV roots, starring in a new show with Earlier this week, we caught Ms. Montag grabbing lunch and filming with The Bachelor's Jake Pavelka and Real Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Staub.

Spencer says he wants to become more likable and he's gone to a guy he thinks is the most likable guy in the country: Ryan Seacrest. Spencer offered to intern for Seacrest ... think he took him up on the offer?
