Heidi Montag is continuing her quest for more publicity with this recent tweet. Why she's putting Spencer Pratt and Lady Gaga in the same thought is beyond us?
As for a sex tape between the pop star and Heidi's "estranged" hubby, we doubt Lady Gaga would even consider stooping that low ... and she seems pretty adventurous.
