Heidi Montag's Plastic Surgeon Is "Done" Operating On Her

Dr. Frank Ryan tells Us Weekly he's "done" operating on Hills starlet Heidi Montag, after performing 10 plastic surgery procedures on the 23-year-old starlet back in November.
When asked if there will be any nip tucking in the future Ryan says, "There’s really nothing to do! I told Heidi that, 'What are you going to do? You’re done!'"
Is Heidi's doc scared of losing her as a client? You know she wants more work done, and if he's not willing to do it, she's going to find someone else who will!
She was so pretty before...
