In the first photo, she looks her age, which is 23. In the second photo, post-surgery, she looks to be about 33. This is due in part to the way that the surgeon sculpted her face. She is still swollen from the injury of having her face cut open and her features moved around. Unfortunately she did not have the wisdom to know that with repeated surgeries, she risks beginning to look like an older person trying to look younger. She could end up looking like Joan Rivers or the Cat lady. She would be smart to never go under the knife again. Look at what happened to Michael Jackson's face. A third nose job, and it might be gone. Just saying.

This is so sad, honestly I was hoping the whole thing was a huge photoshop joke and that's why she didn't do any interviews, but I just saw her on Good Morning America. She was so beautiful and unique before, Spencer has completely destroyed her. I remember the first season of the hills she was so cute, pretty with a bubbly, lively personality. It seems like Spencer sucked the soul out of her, I am sure he subtly convinced her to do this to herself; he is so manipulative, she can't even see it.

She really does look considerably older. Did anyone notice this plastic surgeon looks like a worn out victim of plastic surgery himself? His eyebrows are the same style and angle as Heidi's now are. I began noticing a few years ago, that tons of female celebrities have these odd eyebrows that are artificially raised up on the outer edges, giving them a almost angry or witchy look. Technically - Heidi isn't even fully grown up yet, physically. The human female doesn't even stop putting out growth hormone until she's about 25!! I went up another cup size (naturally) when I was 23! Shame on this doctor and the others who do such surgeries to these girls and young women!

Such a huge shame, a true beauty before any surgery! It has become very clear by this point heidi needs therapy to get her through such a tramatic time in her life - this being self doubt and low self esteem.

She (and she will be probably happy to hear this) has turned into a barbie, plastic fantastic, and has lost anything in her eyes that made them sparkle before, this being her true identity, her face unique before, a face of difference that set her apart from the rest, that gave her the reason to feel 'the sky had no limits' however, the sadness is that she has now ruined any chance of her becoming a true inspiration to young fans, a person to look up too, but more a concern and worry for those younger more easily fooled.

I hope Hiedi is the truning point for all young girls..Life is not NOT about what u look like on the outside, it truly is what defines you inside. You dont want to be looked at as one of many but one who stands out and is making the difference in this world and proud of who you are and are becoming.. It's evident from the BEFORE photo that she "was" really pretty. After the surgery her face looks just like Joan Rivers did after early plastic surgery only Joan was old. I saw a pic of Heidi's body before this 2nd surgery and she was gorgeous now she has breasts that look FAKE. Get this sometime later she wants to make them even bigger. The girl does not need physical changes she needs mental as in counselling very seriously. She will only look worse with time. Hasn't she learned from the others that over did it? you all can't be serious that she looks ugly? I really think she looked nice before but over the top beautiful now. If you had not seen a before picture or knew what she looked like before, you would grasp for air at how exotic beauty of a lady she is. I know Im right. So she got plastic surgeries. But the difference with her is her doctor did an excellent job at making her look very natural. There is not fake looking to her look. Be honest, the women wish if they could, look like her and the men fantasize her!!!
