Well isn't this delicious - and you know L.C. is loving these rumors right now! The Hills star Spencer Pratt, who's accused of spreading sex tape rumors about Lauren Conrad, is the latest victim of bad karma... or is he? A report from National Enquirer claimed there's footage of Pratt with his buds hooking up with some Brazilian women (this is all pre-Heidi, though), and guess who's allegedly been shopping it around? Spencer himself! While the 24-year-old assures Us Weekly there's no sex tape, the report still claims Spencer wants it "released on the sly under the guise that it had been 'stolen.'"
