You almost gotta give 'em credit for keeping up the charade putting their relationship out there! Almost.
Heidi Montag has a couple songs on iTunes to promote (check out the first couple pix in our gallery below) and you know what that means - time for her and Spencer to go make out in front of the cameras! I guess they're attractive in a plastic sort of way. Cold, shiny, hard plastic!
